Hi I'm Brandon

I live in Arizona. I love games, indoor and out. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I Just recently graduated from high school. My transcript is all A's. I love playing games, whether it is card games, board games, or any kind of sports. I am not amazing in any one sport, but I am generally athletic, so I can play most any sport. My favorite sport currently is Ultimate Frisbee. I play it with my friends all the time. I will be going to college once I get back from serving my mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in a family that were members of this church, but when I was 8, I chose to be baptized and become a member of this church with them. I continue to be in this church and actively attend church because this gospel is a huge part of my life. Without it I don't know what I would do. There are many things I love about this gospel. An important part of the gospel is that this church is led by a prophet of the Lord who tells us what God wants us to know. He along with many of the men, including me, hold priesthood power, which is God's power given to man to bless the lives of others. The priesthood is how families can be together, and how we can participate in ordinances and make covenants or promises with God. It is also how families can be together forever. This gospel is very important to me. I love it. I love the Book of Mormon which I know is true. It is the word of God. I am happy and thankful to be serving a mission. I love my Savior and Redeemer and am thankful for His atonement and that because of His sacrifice, I can be forgiven of my mistakes. So can all of us. We can all be forgiven of wrongs committed. I am thankful for this gospel, and I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to always follow my Savior's teachings. I am not perfect, I make mistakes and do not always act in the way I should, but I try. That is what the Lord asks of us. He wants us to Do our best to become like Him. He wants us to do a little better, to come a little closer to Him every day. I will very soon be serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In doing this, I will leave behind my family and friends for 2 years to help teach people about the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is a huge sacrifice, but it is what the Lord wants me to do, so I am willing to serve Him in this way.
