Hi I'm Amy

I am a musician. I am a ballerina. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at Brigham Young University-Idaho studying Biology and hopefully someday work in the medical field. I have been a ballerina for 15 years now. I play 5 instruments: flute, tuba, piano, harp, ukelele. These are all things I do for fun and to feed my soul. More than anything, I enjoy connecting with people and understanding them on a personal level. I am an extrovert and being positive is something I have always been good at.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ is all about families and the joy which can be found therein. God wants us to be happy. I have found that the joy I feel in life is stemmed from the teachings of Jesus Christ and the restored gospel. I know that God is aware of our struggles as His beloved children. Our problems and concerns are His as well. God's love is manifest to those who search for it. In my quest to understand the nature of God, I have come closer to Him as His daughter. I have come to understand the Gospel of Jesus Christ and KNOW that is it true. Its is so simple a child could understand it yet, there's such depth that you could study it your whole life and still have lessons to learn. That's the beauty of it! I KNOW it is true and because of it, because of Him (Jesus Christ) we can have joy, if we choose it.

How I live my faith

I try my best to connect and share the gospel with anyone I encounter. I try to be a good example and show that my main source of joy is because of the simple truth that Jesus Christ is real and that He lives!
