Hi I'm Rhiannon

I live in the United States and love my country. I also adore singing and dancing everywhere I go. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a missionary! I'm so excited to be serving and sharing my love of the gospel because I love it more than anything else. I love my family, and I love spending time with them (particularly playing all sorts of games). I also am a huge fan of theatre and musicals and can often be found singing various showtunes (as well as other such happy songs, especially hymns) as I go about my day. I prefer dancing around to walking because we should always find ways to throw a bit more color into our lives. I am a huge nerd, and it is one of my favorite qualities. I think it's important to spread smiles everywhere we go, and I try to do so each and every day.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are both Mormon, and I have been raised with a deep love of my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Nonetheless, I still have a conversion story. I wanted to have my own testimony and own knowledge that this church was true. For me, I've never had an overwhelming sense of this knowledge, but it has always been more of a quiet assurance. I prayed and fasted about it for a time and each time I have prayed about it, this quiet assurance and knowledge that this is the true church, that Joseph Smith was a true prophet, and that both my Savior and Father in Heaven love me has been present. I am a Mormon because, in the simplest sense, I have prayed and know that this is true.

How I live my faith

I love teaching, and giving lessons or speaking in church are some of my favorite things to do (even though I usually stress about it until it's over). I think that living my faith isn't solely in bearing my testimony in word, but it is also how I do so in action. I try to do a lot of service in various capacities. I also try to make everyone I interact with know how much I love and respect them. This is one of the most important things we can do as human beings: loving each other. I adore pictures of the temple and of my Savior, Jesus Christ, and I try to keep them displayed where I spend most of my time to remind me to love people the way our Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ love them.
