Hi I'm Elijzah Jackson

I am about to serve a mission in Iquitos, Peru. I love to play sports. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play sports, especially football and basketball. Also, I enjoy camping and hiking the mountains. I plan on attending college in 2018 and continue to play football there. One day, I want to travel all over the world and explore new cultures and customs from others.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, so I have always been a member. But, at one point I had to be converted into His church. I needed to know for myself is this the true church. And I found out midway through my junior year of high school. Now I know that this church is the true church. I love this gospel and I especially love the Priesthood and the power that it has brought into my life and my family.

How I live my faith

I have always served in my quorum presidencies, from president to secretary. I have served on a youth council for a year and have planned many different activities for the youth in my stake. I love serving in my church and fulfilling my Priesthood responsibilities.

What is faith?

Elijzah Jackson
Faith is believing in something you cannot see. Faith ties in with hope. You hope for things to happen or not happen or you hope for your dreams and goals to come true. If you hope for these things, you must have faith for these things to become possible. Depending on God's plan for you, it is up to Him whether things will work out in your life. You must put your faith in God and He will carry you. Show more Show less
