Hi I'm Hunter Bessey

I grew up in Columbia, Missouri. I like running and mountain biking. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up with the scouting program and as such I've grown to really enjoy the outdoors and many sports. Growing up in Missouri my options are somewhat limited yet I still managed to find decent spots to rock climb and mountain bike. In High School I ran Cross-Country and distance for the Track and Field Team. After my mission I plan on attending BYU-Idaho to study Anthropology or maybe Forestry.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a Mormon because I know through legitimate study of the religion and frequent prayer that this organization must be true. The teachings I learn each day from personal study and Sunday lessons have only made me a better person and more morally aligned.

How I live my faith

Other than living as an example for my siblings and youth in my Ward I am in charge of organizing groups of priests to administer the sacrament to an elderly woman in a senior home. Before I have organized a group of 50 volunteers, mostly church members, to complete my Eagle Scout Project.
