Hi I'm Liz

I am a Hotel, Resort, and Hospitality Management Major. I love baseball. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised in Utah in a fairly small community. I played volleyball growing up and was always active in many activities around town. I'm the youngest of three & I love spending time with my family! I just graduated with my Associate's Degree and am called to serve a mission in Seattle, Washington!!!!

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up I went to church because, well, that's what we did. We went to church. As I grew older and became more involved in church activities I was able to grow and learn more. I watched many friends and family members go through hard times, and when I was faced with a trial, the gospel of Jesus Christ was where I found my comfort. No matter how far away from the church I have been, or close I have become, it hasn't mattered. I always find comfort through prayer and studying the scriptures. It has been a constant in my life, through many changes.

How I live my faith

I love being able to go to church and have a sense of being home. No matter what area I am in, I am able to find somewhere I feel at peace. I have always loved going to church activities and making them a priority in my life. I have been lucky to work with young women in my area and help them come to understand and love Jesus Christ. I have learned to love everyone I come in contact with, because in the end, we are all children of God, and each have our own strengths. We are all given our talents and abilities because it is what our Heavenly Father needs from us, and I think that is pretty incredible.
