Hi I'm Elder Pennington

I'm a future chef of America. I grew up in Florida from Stuart to Tampa. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Tennessee and raised in Florida. I have lived in the church my whole Life. I come from a family of 6 kids with three additional step siblings giving me a total of four brothers and three sisters. My parents we divorced when I was 10 years old and both have been remarried since. I love the outdoors doing it all from rock climbing to kayaking to hiking. I love to read and write and hope to write my own novel one day. I play lacrosse and train in parkour. I will be attend the Culinary Institute of America in 2018 to become a Chef.

Why I am a Mormon

The Gospel has helped me through every stage of my life from when my parents getting divorced to getting through school and developing me into a man. It has given me the strength and developed Christ like characteristics in myself that have helped not only me but my family and others around me. The church has also helped me in my family say safe and together giving us the strength to continue on.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a two year mission in Nampa Idaho. I have served as a priest quorum secretary two times in my home ward and had actively participate in my ward prior to leaving my mission.
