Hi I'm Noah Hanson

I grew up in Utah. I'm a Mormon and I am currently serving in the WVCM! (West Virginia Charleston Mission)

About Me

I have two amazing parents along with two older brothers. They've helped me get to where I am now and I couldn't be more grateful. My testimony has grown so much because of my family and friends. My favorite things to do are play basketball, make short films, listen to music, or hangout with friends. During my senior year of High School, I was a SBO (Student Body Officer). My job was to take pictures and make videos for the school's assemblies. It was by far the best/hardest year of my life and I enjoyed every minute of it. Being a SBO has helped build my confidence level tremendously.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I know that this gospel is the only way to true happiness and peace. This church means so much to me and I cannot deny the truthfulness of it. In 8th grade, I was not living the gospel like I should have been. And I remember never feeling truly happy. I started taking seminary in 9th grade and ever since then, I've done my absolute best to live the gospel like I should. Yes, I still make mistakes, but the amount of growth that I've seen in myself and from other people by living the gospel and it's teachings is the reason I am a Mormon and is the reason why I am serving the Lord for 2 years. I want to share the happiness this gospel brings and see the growth of the people I will meet.

How I live my faith

I read my scriptures diligently and say my prayers every night. I listen to my favorite hymns while getting ready for the day. I attend church every Sunday for 3 hours. I do my best to seek for opportunities to help others. I love helping other people in any way that I can. These are just a few examples of how I live my faith and I hope to become more like Christ while doing these things.
