Hi I'm Cameron

I grew up in Portland Oregon, I am a Utah State Ambassador (GO AGGIES!), and I am a Mormon

About Me

I keep myself pretty busy. In high school I was a NHS officer, Swim Team Captain, and Lacrosse Team Captain. I started playing lacrosse in 3rd grade. It has been a privilege to work with many different players and coaches over the years that have been a major part in my upbringing. With the little free time I had I would write music and go hiking with friends. I play Ukelele, Piano and I sing. Regardless of where I am there is always a tune stuck in my head. Songwriting is a hobby that I wish to keep with me throughout my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings happiness into my life. Through following the teachings of Christ we can find happiness in this life and the life to come.

How I live my faith

I have served in a couple different callings in the church. First, I was a president of the teachers quorum. I oversaw the well being of twelve 13-14 year old boys as we met every week at church, and at mutual activities. Second, I served as a stake youth council representative for my ward and help to plan a three day pioneer experience (called trek) for the youth in our stake. Lastly, I am the ward Organist for my Congregation. I began this calling when I was 14 years old and still hold the calling today. Every week I prepare hymns on the organ that are previously assigned to me and will accompany the congregation.
