Hi I'm Josh Carter

I was born and raised in the South. I love video games and the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm an Eagle Scout, a chef, a gamer, and a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Canada Montreal Mission. I've been involved in Scouting since I was little, from a cub scout rising through the ranks up to earning my Eagle. I started learning to cook from my grandfather and then my father, as well as taking classes in high school. In my spare time I enjoy experimenting with different recipes and dishes and making them my own. I've been playing video games for almost my entire life and love a wide variety of games, from platformers to racing to puzzle games. I love my family and enjoy spending time with them when I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, and I continue to believe and follow its teachings because the Gospel is a gospel of love, a gospel of charity, and a gospel of family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by continuing to be an example to my peers in my day-to-day life. I'm always mindful to keep my language clean, and to make sure I'm doing the right thing even when pressured to do otherwise. I'm very open about being a Mormon, and will gladly explain something about my faith if someone has a question.
