Hi I'm Emily

I am an outgoing social butterfly. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am an acrylic painter. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was home schooled by my mother. I am both a big sister and a little sister, being the forth born of ten children. My family is the most wonderful group of individuals in my life. My sisters and brothers are my best friends, my Dad is my super hero, and my Mother is my consultant, teacher, doctor, and best friend. Other than painting, I love to bake, sing, dance, and do services. I simply love the outdoors and just being around nature. I especially love the early mornings. I adore finding the still moments in life. Times you can just sit and reflect on sacred things. Home yard gardens filled with flowers are my happy place. I enjoy writing poems, and I dabble in writing stories.

Why I am a Mormon

I have searched, prayed, and received for myself the confirmation from God that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is His true church. He leads it. He guides and directs it through a living prophet whom He has called. I have grown closer to my Heavenly Father through living the standards of this church, and keeping the commandments of His gospel.

How I live my faith

I truly enjoy serving in the Church. As a youth I had the privilege of serving the other girls in our age group. I currently direct music in our first meeting, and I am a teacher in one of our Sunday school classes for younger children. I love going out and visiting the wonderful women in our ward. They each are so special. I enjoy listening to their amazing stories and receiving the opportunity to serve them. In the Church's program for young single adults of our area, I help to plan activities.
