Hi I'm Chad Howard

I grew up in small town Beaver, Utah. I sing, and run and play soccer. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm a recent graduate from the local high school that is about to embark on my mission. I was called to serve in the Ghana Cape Coast Mission. I'm a singer, a poet, an athletic runner, I also like to hunt, ride horses, camp, and just be in the mountains. I love to work hard and see success in the last of my day, and I love my family and love to help everyone that I can.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in a Mormon family, but I never understood the meaning of that until I became a teenager. Throughout the hardest times in my life, throughout high school, the kind loving nature of the members of this church helped guide me through my darkest places, as well as my family. The feelings of love, and of being a part of something much larger than your ward, help guide you to what you know is true. This church leads you to seek to become the better you that is waiting to come to light. Everyone being on this earth has two sides to them, and many struggle to know which is stronger, the good or the bad. This church shows you just how much stronger, and more hopeful the good is, and how to find that good and happiness in the long run.

How I live my faith

I am the first assistant in Young Men's group, serving under my Bishop. I lead the Young Men, and am their spokesperson in activity matters. In my community I helped 5th graders with math, and I am now coaching a city youth soccer team, twelve kids in all. I participate in service throughout my community, serving on a teen advisory board for the local library.
