Hi I'm Hunter Jensen

I lived in Richland, Washington for 14 years and moved to Saratoga Springs, Utah for 4 years. I'm serving in Nashville Tennessee.

About Me

I love the Hebrew culture and symbolism because it gives me a greater understanding of the Gospel. I am a woodworker, wrestler who ranked 3rd in state, an avid learner of all things for all education is spiritual.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the LDS church because I have put great amounts of time and study into different religions (or the lack there of) and even tested them for myself. As I have lived and continue to live the precepts of all scripture. I have found that there is no other church out there that can even compete with our doctrine (though foolish men try) for it is Christs doctrine. Because it is Christs doctrine I have felt the influence of the Holy Spirit in such an abundance that I have never felt before. I felt the Holy Ghost in my life and testify to me that this church is the one true and living church and I will never deny that. No matter what trial I go through, for I know that trials may come, but they haven't come to stay, they have to pass. And it is our decision to stop holding ourselves back and ascend to the next trial, ultimately receiving all that God has and becoming as God wants us to become.

How I live my faith

I am serving a full time mission in Nashville Tennessee June 2016-2018. I am continually striving to give up my will for Gods to be more like my Savior, this is giving my whole heart giving the things I love or want for the things he loves or wants, exerting all my might and strength to do His will which is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man, making sure my beliefs are in line with Gods Beliefs.

What are Mormon temples used for?

Hunter Jensen
Temples are places where God can dwell here on earth. In the temples: We learn eternal truths. We receive sacred ordinances. And provide ordinances for those who have died who never had the opportunity to receive the teachings or gospel of Jesus Christ (faith, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end).
