Hi I'm Abbie Lund

I grew up in Utah. I LOVE the outdoors, and going on adventures. My family means everything to me. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to be in the water! I love going on vacations, and seeing the world. I just finished my freshman year of college. I love animals, especially dogs!

Why I am a Mormon

This is my simple testimony, and it is that I know Heavenly Father loves all of His children, no matter what. That he wants us to be our best selves. I know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true, and that it has been fully restored to the Earth, by the power of God through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I know that because the gospel was restored that we were able to receive the Book of Mormon. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. That Heavenly Father gave us the Book of Mormon so that we can learn and grow, and so that when we have questions, that we have a proper and correct place to look for answers. We can receive answers through the Book of Mormon, and when we pray about what we read, Heavenly Father WILL answer our prayers. I know that Heavenly Father knows and loves each and everyone of us perfectly, and that He never forsakes us. We all go through trials and tribulations, but when we stay close to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, everything works out, maybe not in the way we want, but in the way He knows we need. I love this gospel with every fiber of my being, and I know it to be true. This is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to be service oriented. I try to do a lot of service activities. I think the best way you can live your faith, is to just be caring and receptive to everyone... I also believe that being kind to everyone you meet is such an important thing to do! A smile can sometimes help people more than anything else can!

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Abbie Lund
As LDS members we believe in being Christ-like, and in being Christ-like, that means we reach out to everyone. It does not matter what religion a person is. We believe that we should do our best to help everyone in need, and to help make other people's loads lighter. Show more Show less
