Hi I'm Mitchell

I am currently serving a mission in the Adriatic South mission.

About Me

I enjoying running track and field, my main event is the long jump, I also like snow skiing, water sports and camping. I like to go out and enjoy the amazing world we have and see the different places with all the diverse cultures. My family is a very big part of my life, they mean a lot to me. After my mission I plan to go to college for aerospace engineering. I've always been fascinated with the things in outer space and how all of that works.

Why I am a Mormon

I was lucky to be born in the gospel to a loving mother and father who were married in the temple. I grew up in an area with a lot of members of the church. My ward didn't have many kids my age that were members but they were still good kids, and so I've never doubted my faith. Of course growing up I would get my testimony off of my parents as they were the people who fed, clothed, and protected me so I trusted what they said was true and that they were doing what is best for me. But, as I have grown up and now chosen to go serve a mission to preach the gospel to others, I have come to know the truthfulness of the gospel on my own. I know it is true with all my heart, it has blessed my life in so many ways and helped me through so many hard times. It has given me good friends and neighbors who love me and help me. I know that what the spirit testifies to us is true and that the son has given his life for us so we can live again, i know the gospel can bless the lives of everyone who has lived, is living know, and who will live in the future. I pray that one day everyone can see that as i do, and i say that in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

This last school year I was able to serve as one of the youth leaders that get together and do what we believe is best for those at our school taking a class we have for church, which is optional, and I get to voice my opinion on how the sprit prompts me to make the classes better and more enjoyable for these students. We try to bring everyone we can together and enjoy what we have.
