Hi I'm Meg Zullo

I am a life enthusiast(: I'm a Missionary, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hello(: Here is a little bit about me. I am 19 years old. I love to dance and play soccer. I have 6 people in my family. 3 brothers and my mom and dad. I am the only girl. My family is my best friends. They are my rock. I love life and try to live it in a optimistic and happy way. I love going on adventures, the outdoors and some how always end up in some crazy spontaneous shenanigan. I love all types of music, but nothing makes me jam out and sing at the top of my lungs more than 80s rock music....oh and musicals. I love to sing (mostly in the shower) haha. I feel like throughout my life I have never really wanted to be just one thing, I have wanted to be many different things and try everything. I never miss an oppurttunity to meet someone new and hear their story. I love getting to know new people. I am a hopeless romantic and enjoy bubble baths and Nicholas Sparks novels...I also really like the halmark channel..I know...I know I am that cheesy person haha. Growing up with brothers I love to make the most out of each moment. We would build forts, have "imfamous" star wars light saber battles, and would play fifa all night long. I love hanging out with my friends and making hilarious memories. I enjoy the little things in life, star gazing, bright colors, and random acts of kindness. I love to write in cursive and create just about anything. I believe that you are never fully dressed without a smile(:

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a home, where the gospel was already taught and I didn't have to search for it. However truth is something that exists beyond belief and there came a time where I wanted to know out truth. I believe that everyone in their life at one point wants to know and have confidence in the fact that their life has meaning, and they want to know who they are,and where they are going. the gospel and the testimony that I have has become a part of who I am. When I read the Book Of Mormon and prayed to know if this church was the restored gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth today. I received my answer. I know without a shadow of doubt that Heavenly Father answered my prayer and I could never deny what I know. I am so grateful for that sacred experience I had that changed the course of my life. I strive to have faith bigger than fear and see others the way my savior would see them. I am so grateful for my father in heaven. He is closer than we know, he loves us, he knows how to help us, and he is just waiting to bless us abundantly. I know that this church is true. I hope to be an example of the believers and in all I do and say and I will praise my father in heaven and his son Jesus Christ until the day I hope to return back to their presence.

How I live my faith

Can I just say that I love being a Missionary! I learn new things that expound my knowledge and outlook on life. I feel Gods love for his children and get to witness miracles every day! In the Missionary handbook preach my gospel It says we preach about the "Doctrine of Christ" the abbreviation is D.O.C which can also stand for Doctor. I realized a cool connection between the two meanings. A doctor has to know their patient, and has to assess the needs of the person and find a way to heal them" Just like a Doctor, I know that Jesus Christ and his gospel can do the same. They can know and love us, They can help us, and They can heal us. Not only can they do that but I testify that they WILL💕 I love being a missionary for the church of Jesus Christ of latter Day Saints. I know that eventually I will have hard times on my mission, but I also know that I can get through them. When Moses needed to cross the red sea, he was faced with a problem....The lord did not remove the Red Sea completely but he helped him "through it." Some trials we face are there to help us depend on the lord and just like Moses he wont take them away....but I know he will always help us get through it. I am grateful for this gospel in my life, I have waited for this day my whole life to represent the savior and devote all my time, energy, love and service to him. I invite each of you to get on your knees and pray to know if The savior knows and loves you. If you do that I promise you that you will feel his love. Mission in Spanish means "My Zion" and I am loving my journey in Zion so far. It consists of faith filled thoughts, and laughing through life. This is my once in a lifetime opportunity to show my savior and heavenly father how much I am willing to give, and I will give it my all. I know this church is true! This is my small way of saying Thank you to the one who gave me everything(:

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

Meg Zullo
The Atonement of Jesus Christ is a gift of his divine grace and another example of his overwhemlimg perfect love that he has for all of us. I know that life is hard, and there are things we go through that we don't always understand. Though are feelings and experiences come and go and we are constantly changing his love for us does not. He loves us perfectly and completely. He knows us better than we know our selves, and he died for us. He lives today for us. He lives, and because of him we can feel peace in this life, we can find strength in his teachings, we can whitness miracles. We can overcome. I love refering to Jesus Christ as our savior, because that is what he does, that is who he is. He turns our despair and sorrow into rejoicing and hope. He promises us that if we learn of him and listen to his words he will give us rest. I love the scripture in 1st Nephi 21 Vs 15-16 "Behold I have engraven thee upon the palms of my hands" He can't forget us and he won't forget us and we must remeber him. We must show him our love and devotion so we can feel his redeeming love. So that the day we see him again we know him, and more importantly we know what he did for us and who he has been for us. he is the reedemer of our soul. The alpha and omega, the light in this dark world. My favorite hymn is hymn number 89 "The lord is my light" We are not perfect...but we are loved by him perfectly(: Show more Show less
