Hi I'm Jeremy Quackenbush

I grew up in Gilbert, Arizona. I play soccer and tennis. I love spending time with my family and my three amazing brothers.

About Me

I recently graduated high school in May. I graduated at the top of my class due to the hard work and dedication to my education and also due to the efforts and pushing from my devoted parents. I plan on attending BYU Provo on a scholarship and am looking forward to the opportunity of receiving an education from my dream college. I play soccer and tennis and enjoy other sports as well. I strive to live an active and healthy lifestyle. I like to be surrounded by people that I can relate to and tend to keep them as my closest friends. I have a brother that is currently serving a mission in Poland. He is an incredible example to me and what I should be. He is one of the largest driving factors that helped me make the choice to serve a mission. I am leaving to serve in Peru for the next two years. I have a wonderful, loving family that I cherish and love above all else. I was born into a family that taught me the benefits of hard work and strive to incorporate it into every aspect of my life. I am so grateful for my family and do my best to represent my family name in a positive and uplifting manner.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and have been a member my whole life. I became truly converted to the gospel after i read the Book of Mormon front to back for the first time and took Moroni's promise in Moroni 10:4-5 and I received my answer. I KNOW for a fact that this church is the true church and that it has been restored through the prophet Joseph Smith in these latter days. I know this church is true and I cannot deny it.

How I live my faith

There are many ways that I strive to live my faith. I have answered several callings as quorum presidents and advisors. I try my best to collaborate in thinking of creative ideas that my quorum can participate in. Along side with that, I make an effort to attend all of my activities and get to know the boys that are either my age or younger than me. I strive to live my life in a way in which the younger boys can look to me as a Christlike example and to influence them in any positive way that I can. I am a home teacher to a wonderful family that I thoroughly enjoy teaching because of their optimistic attitudes towards learning more about the gospel. I attempt to seize any service opportunity that comes my way whether it be cleaning the church or helping an elderly person load their groceries into their car. I am constantly reading and rereading the Book of Mormon and trying to live my life in a way that is the most like our Savior.
