Hi I'm Caroline

I live in Salt Lake City. I've been called to serve a mission in Germany. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I live in Utah, born in Salt Lake, but consider Logan to be my home. I go to Utah State University where I run cross country and track. I love to be outside, be it hiking, running, skiing, or biking. I find peace in the outdoors and feel a deeper connection with my Heavenly Father when I'm able to use my body in His wonderful world. I am the youngest of four children, all my older siblings are now married, and I have three nieces and a nephew who are so much fun. I am going on a mission in one week to Frankfurt, Germany and I can't wait to have this opportunity!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, or Mormons, because I know it is the only true church of God on this earth. The lessons that I've learned from this church help me become a better person. I am able to have knowledge of a hereafter, where I can be reunited with my family once more. I am able to be guided and directed by leaders of our church, prophets and apostles, or people called of God to direct his church on the earth today. I am also able to receive direct guidance from my Heavenly Father through the Holy Ghost, as long as I am living the teachings that I know to be true. This church makes me better. It makes me happy and excited about the future. I am also excited to serve as a full-time missionary for our church, and share what I know to be true to people in Germany. What a blessing this church is to me.

How I live my faith

I have been in two YSA wards in my time at Utah State. In my first ward I was a ward missionary and in my second ward I was the stake athletic director. I enjoyed getting to attend the stake athletic games and see people who were enthusiastic about playing with each other. The church has many activities and events that are low-pressure and are opportunities for people who are interested in the church to get a small taste of what we do and who we are.
