Hi I'm Adam Barone

I love dancing, speaking Spanish, and being with my family. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Adam! I am currently serving as a Spanish speaking missionary in Western New York. Before serving a mission, I enjoyed singing and dancing and starred as the Prince in the Nutcracker Ballet for three years. I value family and faith, and am grateful for the blessings that Heavenly Father gives me!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I value and love my family. Everything in church is centered around strengthening families, and I am grateful to be uplifted and unified each Sunday. I have come to know for myself, through the power of the Holy Ghost, that the Book of Mormon is true. Because of this, I know that there is a power that can bind my family together forever, so that we can live together with God in never-ending happiness. God's authority to act in His name and seal families together is back on the earth, and I want to share this with the world!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by living the best life I possibly can, the life that God wants me to live. As a child of God, I am able to feel His love and share that love with others, as we are all children of God. To live my faith means to keep going, even when things aren't going the way I want. Faith is not merely belief; it is action, intended to drive us closer to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To live my faith is not to be perfect, but rather to hope for perfection; not to stand and fight on my own, but to kneel and rely upon God; not to accept defeat, but to turn to my Savior Jesus Christ; not to shrink from adversity and heartache, but to trust in the Lord and rise and rise again. To live my faith is simply to try to live the life God wants me to lead.

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

Adam Barone
The Atonement of Jesus Christ includes His suffering in the Garden of Gethsemane, His death upon the cross, and His resurrection. Jesus Christ's atoning sacrifice makes it possible for us to become clean of sin. We cannot become clean from sin on our own because we are imperfect. For this reason, Christ came to redeem and cleanse us all. Show more Show less

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Adam Barone
Mormons love EVERYONE, regardless of religious affiliation. Because we are all children of God, Mormons believe in helping and loving everyone. Show more Show less
