Hi I'm Tyler

I grew up in Idaho, I am a soccer player, I play the trombone, I love to look at the night sky and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I lived in Idaho until I received my mission call to New Mexico. I lived in a very rural community surrounded by all sorts of farm animals. While I was home I loved to take my telescopes out of look at the night sky. I loved to be outside and I love to read.

Why I am a Mormon

As a Mormon we are able to become like Jesus Christ, serving others who need it. I love this faith because really hardly anything is done for yourself you do many things for others. I know that our Heavenly Father is our Father and that Jesus Christ is our Elder brother and that they love us more than we know. I know that if we follow their commandments we can live with them again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through service. Service is one of my favorite things to do in my community from splitting wood for old widows or moving sod for a new member of our community. Service really does help you forget about yourself for a little bit and helps you realize how much you have.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Tyler
No, we help everyone! Along with the Red Cross the Mormon Church is some of the first responders to worldwide natural disasters. Many of these countries have few or none Mormons and some are even non-Christian. The Mormon Church has many missionaries out in the word today to help serve those who are not Mormon.
