Hi I'm Russell

I grew up in a small town. I like music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like music a lot. I play the bagpipes, cello, trombone, and a little piano. I also like to hunt and get out in the hills as much as possible. I like small towns and want to live in a small town one day.

Why I am a Mormon

This church has helped me in more ways than I can imagine. The happiness that it brings to my family and I is so spcial and thats what keeps ,e in this church. The love that members have for one another and the love that the leaders show to all of us is so nice and makes me to always want to stay in the church. I am glad to be a Mormon and hope that everyone can have the happiness that I have and I want to share it with the whole world.

How I live my faith

I like to go to the activities that are planned and be helpful in the best ways that I can. I try always to attend church meeting wherever I am and listen to what the spirit is trying to tell me.

Why do Mormons perform proxy baptisms in their temples?

Russell
It is essential to enter into the kingdom of God. We do the baptisms for the dead to give the people on the other side to be cleansed of their sins. Members especially do baptisms for the deceased of their family through the works of genealogy. It is a special thing to partake in and you can feel the spirit of the deceased as you are doing it.
