Hi I'm Hanah

I grew up in a small town in Kansas named Udall. I love the performing arts. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love playing the clarinet and barri. sax. along with singing. I also enjoy a little bit of acting. I dream of becoming a music teacher and eventually being able to guest conduct all over the midwest for band and vocal settings.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, but my parents were fairly inactive when I was little and we didn't start really going to church until I was about ten. At around age thirteen, I decided that I was going to really try to live the gospel and see if it was true, and if I could really see a difference in my life. I went back and forth with feelings of accomplishment and feelings of loathing different aspects of the church until I was about seventeen. My parents went back to being inactive, but at that point I knew that the church was true, and even though it would be hard, I would continue to strive to obey the council and guidelines established by the church. The feelings anyone can experience through the church if they just try to believe are indescribable. They bring happiness and the desire to share with others the truths that you discover as you go. I know that the prophet Joseph Smith was ordained of God to establish the church again and that the line of prophets in the church since him have been called of God to be leaders of His church, including our current prophet Thomas S. Monson. I know that study of the scriptures and other church released documents along with prayer will bring a knowledge and testimony of the gospel. In the sacred name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving a mission in the Salt Lake City South area. I love it and I learn so much from the simple everyday acts of faith that occur.
