Hi I'm Elijah

I grew up in Utah. I'm a loving brother and friend. I'm going to preach the Lord's gospel to the people of Ecuador for two years!

About Me

I love to sing, dance, play the piano, do art, tumble, hang out with friends, study the gospel, spend time with my family, adventure in the outdoors, rock climbing, hiking, camping, fishing, and learn new things. I love to work hard, I was a competition gymnast for 8 years of my life, I am an eagle scout, and I've been called to serve in the Ecuador Guayaquil South mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I've grown up in the Church, my family and extended family are all members of the Church, and we are all still growing in the Church. I continue to follow the Lord's Gospel because I have tasted it, I know it is His true gospel, I've had many opportunities learn about other religions and I see the beauty in them. But to me, being a Mormon means I can have a conversion story every single day. I can progress endlessly in the Gospel and so can you. I have felt deep within my heart many times that this Gospel is the one and only true Gospel. With the Lord's Gospel and the gift of the atonement I can always work on becoming a better person and merging my will to become one with my Saviors.

How I live my faith

I live my faith to the best of my ability. I have served in many callings for my Church and look forward to many more. I go home teaching with my dad. I fulfill my duties whole heartedly. I visit the inactive and elderly in my ward. I work with my fellow youth in becoming a more Christ-like people. I live my faith at home, at school, at work, and anywhere I go. I'm not a perfect member, I make mistakes like everyone else, but I am trying my best and striving to become better.
