Hi I'm Ethan Crawford

Born in Australia, raised in Utah. I love the outdoors, lacrosse, disc golf, and traveling. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was raised in Utah and I love my family. My family is everything to me: my support, my guidance, and my friends. I love them and love the knowledge that families are eternal and that I can be with them forever. I love sports of all kinds; I like to play lacrosse, basketball, and a good pick up game of football. I also started a frisbee team with my friends just to get outside and have fun. I like to ski, hike, or do anything in the mountains. I'm going to go to college at BYU after serving my mission in Lima, Peru. Above everything, I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and knowing that Christ, the Son of God, came to earth and willingly gave His life to take upon Him the sins of the world. I know that because of this sacrifice, we may all live with our Heavenly Father again through repentance, keeping the commandments, and enduring to the end.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up as a Mormon, but my parents and people around me have never pushed it on me. Over the years, I've gained a testimony of this church through scripture study and prayer and believe that it is the true church on the earth today. I know of the blessings of the priesthood and I know how the atonement can wipe away any sins and make me clean again. I know that the gospel and keeping the commandments brings genuine happiness and is the way to live with my Heavenly Father again. I know that through service and living gospel principles, happiness will follow, and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through the simple things, such as going to church, scripture study, and prayer. I love going to church knowing that I'll be with people that care about me, just as I care about them. I participate in church by playing the piano every week for priesthood meeting. I try to always set a good example outside of the church setting as well by putting myself in good situations and by being a friend to everyone around me, especially if they're going through a rough time.
