Hi I'm Joshua

I am from India, I am from Christian background, I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hi, this is Joshua, I am from India, I love playing Cricket, most of all India all like this game. I studied in Hyderabad, when i was 17 years I met the Missionaries, well being raised in the christian family, I had negative feeling for the church and the book of Mormon, then as time passed i realized that, this is where I am supposed to be, then I took baptism, and decided to serve mission, I was called to serve in India New Delhi Mission, "The Best Mission in the world", I had wonderful mission president and that was the place I developed a firm faith, then after I finished my mission, I got married to a beautiful girl of my life, Now I am a father and a loving husband of my wife, during this journey I've learnt one of the greatest lessons of my life that no matter how long it take we have to always have patients to receive the answers to out prayers. Always believe that prayers will be answered no matter how much time it take, all that we got to do is to have is "Patience".

Why I am a Mormon

My conversion to be a Mormon was very simple, I was 17 years old and I had very good friends and I was a kind of guy who wanted to know more, I read and I pondered, I dint get anything out of it, Being in that age your mind gets distracts of many things, I got baptized started going to seminary learnt many things, all those time where just learning for me, as I have served the mission I had a real conversion of heart, all the time that I spent at church learning things in seminary and institute classes now being on mission I have to come to know about that, It always take time to understand things, some time it take long time, some time it does take short. Conversion is not an event, Its a process for life long. we have to be always kind and patience to receive that answer.

How I live my faith

I live my faith my doing small and simple things, Have daily prayers, read the scriptures, go to church and magnify you calling and look for opportunity to serve other.
