Hi I'm Christian

Born in California I grew up in Utah. I'm a currently on a mission in the California Ventura Mission and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at BYU studying Microbiology. I am on a mission in the California Ventura Mission until 2018. I love the Book of Mormon and my family by I also love cars, Star Wars, Skiing and swimming. I have a red hair dog who I love to spend time with and tease and he is patiently waiting while I am on my mission. I have been in Simi Valley, Templeton, Thousand Oaks, and Ojai while on my mission and enjoy all of the experiences I have each day.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family and have found for myself that this is the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know this is the true Church, the Book of Mormon has blessed my life I have personally come to know that it is true and I know we have modern day prophets that prophet is President Monson.

How I live my faith

I have previously taught youth in my congregation and everyday I serve the Lord in California teaching and proclaiming the gospel to all who are willing and will listen. I study from the Book of Mormon accept teaching and speaking assignments and serve all those I can. I follow the teaching of the Savior in the Book of Mormon and Bible and the guidance of modern day prophets. I spend time with my family where I am inspired and blessed.

Why do Mormons baptize their new members?

Through faith in Jesus Christ we have a desire to be baptized. The authority of Jesus Christ was lost and it has in modern times been restored to the Earth. Baptism in the first covenant we enter into with God and no matter what your age is to follow Christ we must be baptized with this proper authority to receive a remission of our sins and to become a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to receive a fullness of the blessing available to us. This is not all we are required to do we must continue in faith and have a desire to keep following the Savior. Show more Show less
