Hi I'm Daniel

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in southern Utah. I am the third of six kids.

About Me

I'm a Mormon, and I am from Utah. I have five brothers and sisters. I recently graduated with an associates degree in science and am working toward a bachelors degree in physics. I love to learn, both in intellectual and spiritual matters. Throughout high school I ran cross country and track. I was also involved in the drama department and acted in a few different plays. I love pizza, and star wars.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the joy it brings into my life. I have had times in the past when I didn't believe entirely that the church was true. Throughout college I finally realized that even if the church was not true I felt happier when I was serving others and serving God. I began to read the words of modern day prophets and apostles and felt that what they were was true. I also enrolled in a course called Jesus Christ and the Everlasting Gospel while at school. In this class we read stories of Christ from the Bible and the Book of Mormon. During this class I came to realize the true love that Jesus Christ has for each of us. I have come to know that even during our struggles we are never alone. I truly believe that each of us has Heavenly Parents who love us. I want to share that message with others, and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I attempt to show what I believe in how I live. I try to live the commandments, especially by being kind to others. Throughout college I attended a student congregation and participated in various way. One activity I was involved in was a Mormon Message night we hosted at the church. We would invite people not of our faith to come and watch videos talking about what we believed. We then would have pizza and talk about our beliefs with our friends. This was a very enjoyable activity, and I think many people felt of Gods love when they attended.
