Hi I'm Drew

I grew up in Utah and just graduated High School. I am a Mormon and I love it!

About Me

I love the outdoors! In the winter, I love to snow ski. I love skiing through deep powder (when it can be found) and skiing the steep groomers. I spend my winter Saturdays on the slopes. In the summer I love to hike in the nearby mountains and boating. While boating, my favorite is slalom skiing. It is so fun! During the school year, I am a great student. I just graduated High School with a 4.0 and some AP college credit. I purposely focused on my grades so that I could get into the college of my choice, it worked out. All in all, I am a 17 year old that is happy, kind, and a hard worker.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that Heavenly Father loves me and because of the peace that I find. I know that God lives. This is not just some story that was made up, it is real! Ever piece fits perfectly into my life and helps me become better than I currently am. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the way back to live with my loving Heavenly Father. This church is true! I promise you that!

How I live my faith

I do my best to live my religion. Personal things that not everyone sees that I do is that throughout the past school year I woke up at 5:30 to study scriptures for a half hour by myself and to study for another half hour with my family while eating our breakfast (though it sometimes turns into more breakfast than scripture study) I then did another half hour of scripture study before I went to bed. I study all the scriptures including the Old Testament, New Testament, The Book of Mormon, Pearl of Great Price and the words of the living prophets. My callings in the church include the APTC (Aaronic Priesthood Training Camp) President, Seminary Council Member, Home Teacher and I will soon be leaving on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. As the APTC president I was in charge of a camp for many Young
