Hi I'm Eduardo

I was born in Mexico, Tijuana. I've been called as a Missionary to Honduras. Love playing sports and being outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play sports, even though I never had the interest of playing professionally. I plan to go to school after my mission in Honduras. I love animals, especially my pet dog. I love to be outdoors and camp, hike, explore, etc. I'am an Eagle Scout, a High School Graduate with great academic achivements, and a very determine person.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the convent, but couldn't maintain a borrowed testimony of my parents. I have always rigorously studied the gospel to detail and the scriptures, and even though I had all this knowledge, I didn't think it'd be true. After a year in my teens I began to pray with real intent. Eventually I got an answer and a sense of peace that all the things I have ever studied, listened, and engraved in my mind about this church are true and not only that but also great sorrow for all the sins I've committed when I spiritually died. But after a rigorous fight of overcoming my sins, I found forgiveness and a sense of being reborn again spiritually with the help of my perfect loving Savior, Jesus Christ. Though the thoughts of my past sins still scar me, though they still take part of my memory, it doesn't bleed or pain my soul anymore because I've been healed. Because the spirit has confirmed all things to me, I know that the prophets of this church are called of God, that they receive revelation and are necessary if God were to direct his people. I know Joseph Smith saw a pillar of light where our loving Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ appeared to him. I know that the true gospel and church of old has been restored and it will never again be removed from the Earth, just the same with the priesthood, which is the power of God given to man who is worthy. I know the scriptures like the Book of Mormon are the true word of God. I love my family and know we will be together for eternity. I know that heavenly father knows us all individually by name, and not only that but knows our every thought, desires, fears, and limitations. He loved us so much he gave his only begotten son, Jesus Christ to pay for our sins, and unless we accept his sacrifice we won't receive the blessing of the remission of our sins. Because I prayed and felt these thing I mentioned and many more other subjects I have not mention are true, it is the reason "Why I am a Mormon".

How I live my faith

I have helped missionaries with their visits, helped the bishop on some assignments, and have been a leader for many youth groups as I've grown up. I have helped with Indexing names for the aid in family history, as well working in my own family history work. I have given so much service to members and nonmembers throughout the years that it's hard to count. I have been called to be a missionary in Honduras, and will serve for two years.
