Hi I'm Logan Semien

Hi, I have Ulcerative Colitis and I'm Mormon.

About Me

So I grew up in the church to one of the most Christ-like women I have ever met. When I was around 6 years old my parents divorced. Many of the people I have had the opportunity to meet through the church have helped my testimony to grow. I work at building my testimony, and I know for a fact that my Heavenly Father knows who I am and has a plan for my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because this gospel teaches us to develop a personal relationship with their Father in Heaven. I sometimes think is this real, I mean why was I lucky enough to be born into this amazing church, I believe that it is because the Lord has faith in giving me access to what alot of people search for their whole lives. Heavenly Father loves all of his children. I know this church is true and that we can become whole through our savior Jesus Christ

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as a Branch Missionary in a YSA branch, preparing for my departure to serve the Lord in the California Anaheim Mission. I have faith that without the Lord and His atoning sacrifice we would have no reason in living honest and righteous lives. I have developed a different relationship with my Heavenly Father and his Son after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Ulcerative Colitis and a disease that will result in a liver transplant. We all have our personal trials in this life but I that the Savior knows what I'm going through, He suffered for my pains and afflictions so I could always have someone to look to for support. I have been able to share the gospel through this trial and i walk by faith that however many days I have been blessed to live I can serve the Lord as he served us.
