Hi I'm Elizabeth Davis

I'm an Alaskan, I'm a Mormon, and I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

About Me

Im from Alaska and anything outside im down for. I played soccer and ran track in high school which was rad but some of my favorite things to do are snowmobiling, snowboarding, dirt biking, wake boarding, flying and hunting. I finished my first year at BYUI and plan to attend Utah State after finishing my mission in Utah.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with a mom who joined the church while she was in college and I remember listening to her conversion story and thinking how glad I was she had found so much truth and joy in the gospel. She diligently took my two sibling and I to church each week and I had the chance to be baptized when I was eight. My dad was baptized when I was in high school and that was when I realized how much I was thankful for this gospel. The blessings my family received and the amount of personal blessings I saw helped me to understand why my parents had joined the church and why I wanted to try my hardest at giving this gospel and the Lord my all. God has given us so much and only wants the best for His children, and I know that through this gospel we can show Him how much we want to follow Him and love Him.

How I live my faith

Christ was the perfect example to us and one of the ways I try to live my faith is to be like Him. For example visiting with those who need companionship and helping those in need of service. One of my favorite opportunities is to teach the eight year olds each Sunday, and trying my best to be loving and helpful.
