Hi I'm Morgan Peterson

Hi, I was born in Utah, later I moved to Kentucky then to Ohio. I am about to serve a 2 year mission for the church. I am a Mormon

About Me

I am a landscaper saving for college and a mission for this church. I happen to have recently been called to serve in the Philippines speaking Tagalog. When I get back I am wrestling in college. I love to help people and have done humanitarian work in other countries. I have had many trials in life and found that with God's help I can overcome and learn from every trial. I try my best to be the best example for my brothers, sisters, and others around me. My ultimate goal is to change somebody's life and touch somebody's heart.

Why I am a Mormon

I really felt that my life had a bigger purpose or that something was missing or off. So I prayed and felt really good about the church. Next I read the Book of Mormon and prayed about that and felt really good. I really love how My family and I will be able to see each other again after this life. I also love how I can do family history work and do baptisms for my deceased relatives. I Know this church and gospel is true. I feel that this is where I am supposed to be and that the missing thing I had before is filled to the top. The spirit teaches me these truths every time I read the Book of Mormon and pray. I will see and be with my family again. I know Jesus died for me and you out of true love and obedience. I know God has a plan for me. In the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

How I live my faith

I love service and helping people. Currently I teach the twelve year olds in church. I am preparing to serve a two year mission in the Philippines, Angeles. I love my family and all those around me.

Why do Mormons perform proxy baptisms in their temples?

Morgan Peterson
This is for those on the other side who didn't get the chance to be baptized in this life. So if my relative died before they could be baptized I can perform a proxy baptism for him, so he can have the same opportunity and blessings that I have. Show more Show less
