Hi I'm Zac Johnson

I grew up in Everett, Washington. I've played the trumpet for over 7 years. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Some of the things I like to do are play my trumpet and trombone, read, and drive/tinker with hobby grade r/c cars.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon Church, so the teachings and scripture stories were told throughout my life. However, my actual conversion didn't actually come until I was 16 when I honestly prayed to know if the Book of Mormon was true. And i love the joy I get to feel every day because of this gospel

How I live my faith

Everyday I try to live the best I can so that I may continue to have the guidance of the Holy Ghost. I read my scriptures every day so that I may have a constant light in my life.

What is the purpose of the welfare services of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

Zac Johnson
Like Jesus Christ we believe in helping and serving our fellow man. This entails relief efforts after a natural disaster, terrorist threats--much like the event in Brussels--, and little things that are still just as special like yard work or cleaning up school grounds. Show more Show less

Why do Mormons believe in the Bible?

Zac Johnson
We believe that it is the Word of God just like many other Christian Faiths. "We [also] believe the Bible to be the Word of God as far as it is translated correctly..." (Articles of Faith, v.8) What that means we believe that many "plain and precious" things were lost over the years in the Bible that take away the sacredness of the Holy Book because of kings and clergymen who didn't like certain commandments and were removed so now unfortunately we only have fragmented stories from Adam to John the Revelator (Book of Revelation) Show more Show less
