Hi I'm Sarah

I am a college student. I am training to become a ballerina. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love to dance! In fact, I love it so much that I am pursuing ballet for my bachelor's degree. After graduating, the goal is to perform for a professional ballet company.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon for many reasons. I find comfort in the gospel. Because of this church, I know that I will be able to see my family and friends again after this life. I know that death is not the end. I am a Mormon because I believe in it true. There is no way that I would try my best to keep the commandments, follow the teachings of the prophets, sit through 3 hours of church every Sunday, go to extra meetings, and accept extra responsibilities, if I did not believe with all my heart that this gospel is the true gospel and the way to return to Heavenly Father to be with my family again after this life. I would not be the person I am today with out this gospel. I do my best to live it everyday. I will always love it.

How I live my faith

Every Sunday I go to church to take the Sacrament and remember all that our savior, Jesus Christ, did to save you, me, and each individual person on this planet. I attend an LDS Singles ward which means I hang out with a bunch of unmarried people for at least 3 hours every Sunday and I have a lot of friends who are my close to my age that I can easily relate to. It also means that we meet together each Monday and have fun activities. We call this Monday meeting, Family Home Evening (FHE), and it is so much fun. I have made many, many friends all because I have gone to FHE. Each morning and night and often times throughout the day I try to pray to Heavenly Father. I thank him for blessings, for people that I love and for opportunities and positive experiences I had. I ask him for guidance, help, strength, and for him to bless the lives of those I love. I read the Book of Mormon Each day to learn about the gospel. I like to listen to talks given by prophets and apostles that I find on LDS.org or in the Gospel Library App. The LDS religion is about being a good person and always striving to improve. The LDS religion is about helping those in need, loving one another and being a friend.
