Hi I'm Aimee

I grew up in Utah. I love learning and school. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Right now I'm preparing to serve a full-time LDS mission in Lima Peru. I've grown up a Mormon and have looked forward to serving a mission just like 4 of my siblings were able to. I'm going to college right now with a double major: English Education, and i'm still deciding between Psychology or Anthropology.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon originally because I was born into the faith, but when I became 14 years old I started really struggling with my testimony. I was a competitive dancer and decided that was more important to me, until I realized I was sad and missing something. I then started reading my scriptures and studying about what I claimed to believe when it came to being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and I realized I love the knowledge that I am a daughter of God and that I have a Savior who loves and cares for me. So I chose in to the gospel and I'm so grateful I did.

How I live my faith

I choose to live my faith daily by smiling and focusing on Christ. I try to surround myself with pictures of Christ and to look towards the temple. I'm blessed to live in a city with 2 temples which I try to make an effort to visit once a week. I am faithful in serving according to my callings and where I am needed.
