Hi I'm Kegan

I grew up in Utah. I like to play basketball. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Utah and I played basketball and football in high school. I am now getting ready to go serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Mexico Tuxtla Gutiérrez mission. I also enjoy the outdoors whether it be hiking, camping, four wheeling, and much more. I am the oldest sibling in my family and I have two younger sisters and two younger brothers and a mom and dad.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know what I am being taught is true. This faith has brought me so much happiness and has taught me so much. The faith has also brought me protection and giving me people to rely on. A big reason why I am Mormon is because it has brought me close to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and has showed me and taught me what Jesus Christ has done for me and that he made it possible for me to make it to him. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that the prophet Joseph Smith was a true prophet.

How I live my faith

There are many ways that I live my faith. One way I live my faith is by studying the scriptures whether that is the Bible, Book of Mormon, or modern revelation. I also attend church every week to learn and be reminded of things I have been taught and to draw closer to Jesus Christ. In the church I have a calling/responsibility as a family history consultant and I help people with there family history. I also have a calling/responsibility to go home teaching. Home teaching is where you and another member ho and visit other mementos of the ward and see how they are doing and see if they need any help and give them a lesson. Another way that I live that I live my faith is by being an example whether that is at school, home, sports, or on vacation. I do this by how I act and how I treat people and what I stand up for.
