Hi I'm Lindsay

I grew up in Texas. I am a student at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been a member my entire life and I will soon be reporting to the MTC for a full time mission. I live with both my parents and my younger brother. I am a college student, but have taken a break to serve a mission. I was in color guard in high school and it is my favorite sport ever.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the church my entire life so I never knew what it was like to not have it in my life. When I left for college I had a decision that I never had before and it was if I really wanted to keep going to church. I didn't have my parents there to tell me that I needed to go or faithfully do my callings. I never had a big "light bulb" moment telling me that the church is true. Slowly over time I realized that I didn't need to gain a testimony because I always had one. This church has the restored gospel on the earth. I know that Heavenly Father sent His son to die for me and my sins. I know that the prophet of the church today was called of God. I know that He loves me and that He wants the best for me. I know that missionary work is one of the most important things for members to do and that the ability to serve a full time mission can only be possible because of God.

How I live my faith

I do not have a calling now because I am going on a mission soon. Before I was apart of planning committees as a youth.
