Hi I'm Collin

I grew up in the United States. I'm going to the Montana Billings Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like practicing parkour. I don't have much time to practice, but I can do most of the basics and I like learning how to do more skills. I graduated from high school and am going on a mission. I am very excited about serving, and I have been looking forward to going ever since I was a child. I love the gospel and I like learning more and more about it. After my mission I will be attending college and focusing on schoolwork and creating my future career and looking forward to studying the medical field.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I find the gospel true. I was raised within the church of goodly parents learning about the church and finding the spirit in my life and discovering truths for myself. I know this is the true Church and I love the feeling of the spirit in my everyday life. I have been given this opportunity to live in the gospel and have my life filled with joy. I have gotten my patriarchal blessing and I know the words which it says are true. I am true to my faith in Christ and my faith is unshakeable. I know that the Lord will always show up for you as He has for me. He is always there and He knows everything that you are going through. There is not a single challenge in your life that the Lord doesn't see and He knows what you need to learn from each challenge which will help you improve your life. He loves each and every last one of us. He wants what is best for us and sometimes that means that the easy way is not always the way we need to be going. "Choose the harder right than the easier wrong" -Thomas S. Monson. When we find ourselves in a challenging situation, don't just give up. Press forward. Ask the Lord for help, make your life a way of righteousness and He will guide you down the path. If you fall, don't give up because he is there for you and have already sacrificed himself for our sins. I am grateful for the atonement and have been blessed with knowing the truth in my life. The atonement has blessed me in my life and gives me the opportunity to become clean and more Christlike. Everyone has been given the blessing of the atonement. He has been there for me in my life and He will be there in yours, all you have to do is open the door for him. He knows the way. The truth is clear to me and this is why I am Mormon.

How I live my faith

I go to church every week and participate in my young men activities. The young men's organization is an organization within the church that I attend. The young men's activities include doing service and I try to serve those around me when I can and I like serving others. Many trials have been put in my life and I have pushed through the trial and I have fallen, but it is not whether or not I fall, for the Lord has taken care of that, it is what I do when I fall. I am glad to get up every time and keep on the path that He has planned for me. He gives me His best, so I will give him mine. I am a follower of Christ and will do all I can to serve Him. My faith is unshakeable and that has been tested my entire life. Choosing the right is the most important thing to me because I know how it affects me and gives me joy. I have been filled with joy in my life because of the gospel which so brightly shines. It is the truth and light in my life and will always be in my life. I am a tool in the Lord's hand to do the work He has for me to do. I will press forward doing what is right and pushing through my trials. He has blessed my life with what I need to do, and I will show Him the respect and faith He deserves. I am grateful of having the gospel in my life and I am joyful for the many blessings I have been given.
