Hi I'm McKenna Soffe

I'm a missionary, and outdoors lover, a college student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student and I am going to major in Nursing. I am a missionary in the France Lyon mission, and I am so excited to serve the lord! I love anything that has me outdoors, some of my favorite things to do are ski, hike, camp, fish, and occasionally sky dive:) I also love to dance, eat French bread, and laugh with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the gospel brings me a joy that I have never had anywhere else. I know that this is Christ's restored gospel and because it is his gospel it gives me purpose and direction in my life. Because of this gospel I am able to be with my family for forever, and I am able to return to home to be with my Heavenly Father again.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying each day to truly be a disciple of Christ. I am going on a mission because I love my savior and I want to bring my brothers and sisters to him. I think one of the best ways to live our faith is to serve. I have been lucky enough to be involved in a humanitarian trip to Africa, and there I learned that service does not have to involve flying around the world; the best thing we can do is love those around us. I am trying and learning each day to love the people around me the way that the savior would.
