Hi I'm Ryan

I grew up in Virginia, and I love math. I'm a computer programmer and a musician. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

In my free time I enjoy roller blading, playing accordion, computer programming, and solving puzzles such as the Rubik's cube. Having attended BYU for 2 years so far, and I plan on graduating with a mathematics major and computer science minor. I recently discovered that I love social dance, such as Foxtrot, Cha-cha, and Swing. I love listening to 80s music, and I'm a sucker for local live music. I'm an Eagle Scout, and I enjoy going hiking in the forest, going sailing, and mountain biking when I get the chance.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I've felt God's love for me and the forgiving power of Christ in my own life. I know that this church is led by inspired servants of the Lord, and that following the teachings of Christ brings an immeasurable sense of peace and joy. Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father are real, and they love us more than we can understand, regardless of our flaws and mistakes.

How I live my faith

I'm currently serving as a missionary in the Adriatic North mission, which is the former Yugoslavia area. I'll be living for 2 years in countries such as Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia. I'm quite excited to be in such an interesting area and teach people about Christ, and how much God, our Heavenly Father, loves them.
