Hi I'm Karli

Anything do to with the outdoors or music is my passion. I am serving the Georgia Atlanta mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a full-time student at my college, and I am majoring in psychology before I transition to get my math teaching degree. Fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, and just being outside are my hobbits and interests, and I'm always up to try something new. Traveling has always been a passion of mine, an I can honestly say that Ireland is one of the most beautiful places full of exciting and fun people. My dream destination is Alaska, and I am sure I will travel there one day. I love to sing and always have had a love of music, and I love to play the piano. One of my favorite scriptures is Joshua 1:9, and I love the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, and so I really did not have a personal testimony that this church was true. I lived by the standards and commandments, but I never truly understood why until I had made a mistake and realized that the reason why the standards and commandments were put in place. It was for my safety and to bring me joy. This church has truly blessed my life, and I am so thankful that I developed a testimony of this church and of the gospel. Everything just makes so much sense, and it provides purpose to my life, which is to live my life in such a way that I can return to my Heavenly Father. I know that this church is true, and I know that if I strive to live the gospel, I will be further blessed and strengthen myself spiritually, mentally, and physically.

How I live my faith

Even when I was a young girl, I actively participated in church activities, such as service projects or singing in the choir. When I reached the age of 12, I became the leader of the group of girls ages 12-13, and I was the leader for the age groups 14-15 and 16-17. I am currently the pianist for my ward, and I am also a teacher for the women in our church. I have been called to be a missionary, and will be serving in the Atlanta, Georgia mission. I love this church, and have always strived to do the best with everything I do for the church. I try to exemplify Jesus Christ and try to live up to His standards, for he is my Savior and Redeemer. I look forward to serving a mission, and I know it will increase my faith and my testimony.
