Hi I'm Vincent Tuua

I am a Samoan, born in New Zealand and raised in the land down under Australia, preparing to serve in Harare, Zimbabwe.

About Me

My family consists of five children inclusive of me, along with my mum and uncle. In terms of hobbies and interests I am very much in favour of loving all things. I like to learn, I like sports specifically soccer and basketball and I like many subjects including science, history, geopolitics, technology and various others. Talk to me about somthing interesting or intriguing and you will have my attention, which is part of my love for the Gospel. For it is infinitely mysterious, yet infinitely transparent. Besides this I love to have the spirit of adventure and hope to travel one day in my future life. I don't give up to easily so I aim high. If I fall so shall it be, but when I'm down it is only uphill from then on.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have come to know that my faith is true. When I ask myself why I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I always remember to judge myself and the church of our fruits. For as it was taught in scriptures, a good tree brings forth good fruit and a bad tree brings bad fruit. In my short life I have seen, felt and known of the delicious fruits of my faith which is in Christ. Other than that, I heard a testimony once that I guess summarizes and explains perfectly the reason why I am a Mormon; ask me one day and I'll share it.

How I live my faith

My faith is has been nutured by the many great examples of people I have grown up with, but mostly the Saviour and Heavenly Father. I feel as if the teaching of Christ's love towards our Father and to all men is the most important thing and this is how I live my faith. This and charity, for if I have charity then I have love and if I have love, I already have a faith and hope of things.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Vincent Tuua
They come to teach only the basic fundamentals of faith. Truly the building blocks of the Saviour Jesus Christ's Gospel and all that our loving Heavenly Father would have us do. Show more Show less
