Hi I'm Aaron

I'm a Filipino serving in the England Manchester Mission, I'm a young entrepreneur, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I was born of goodly parents, and was raised having known the great goodness of God and the truthfulness of the restored gospel. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially church friends. I love playing basketball, and all about entrepreneurship! I am attended the University of the Philippines-Los Banos, studied BS Agribusiness Management. I hope to be a successful businessman someday so I can serve the Lord more! I was called to serve the Lord in His vineyard, and was assigned to Labor in England Manchester (June 2016-2018). I love serving the Lord and I love serving others. I love to see the good in others, and see them grow and gain their testimonies. I am afraid of being a failure so I will do my best in everything I do, rely on the Lord heavily, and let Him do wonders in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have learned to live by faith, and not by sight. Even though trials and great challenges hit me hard, I know that I will be safe as long as I keep my faith in Jesus Christ, nothing wavering, and do all the things that I can for "... faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." (James 2:17). I love being a Mormon for it has taught me well enough to put my trust in Jesus Christ, whether in my deepest downfalls or in my greatest triumphs. And though I am not perfect, I have a perfect, loving and merciful Savior in whom I trust.

How I live my faith

I was first taught by my parents about the gospel of Jesus Christ and diligently encouraged me to study and ponder about the Book of Mormon. In my early youth age, I have tried reading the Book of Mormon, with real intent and a hoping heart. Having a determination to receive an answer, I prayed to know if the book is true. I didn't have any dramatic manifestation whether the book is true or not, but as I was thus reading the book, I have simply felt the peace, the comfort, and the joy with the truths and the promised blessings that are in it. I am certain that these feelings are revelations from God that the Book of Mormon is true. I love serving the Lord through the callings which He has given to me. Some of these callings are: being a Teachers Quorum President, Priests Quorum 1st Assistant, Ward Technology Specialist, and Ward Family History Consultant. I also love working with the missionaries and fellowshipping members and investigators. I have learned so many things as I continue home teaching with my senior companions, one of the best companions that I had was my Dad. I love the Book of Mormon very much that I have given copies of it to my non-member bestfriends to share the the happiness that I am feeling right now because of this gospel, that can be read in the Book of Mormon together with the other scriptures. I love making and keeping covenants with the Lord. I love going inside the temple for it brings me peace and indescribable feelings of joy and happiness.
