Hi I'm Spencer Schoen

I grew up in Texas. Majoring in Aviation at Utah Valley University. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy the outdoors including things like skiing, camping, hiking, fishing, shooting guns etc... I am a licensed pilot and am enrolled in aviation school at Utah Valley University. I love my yellow lab Dez. I enjoy watching & playing almost any sport (go cowboys)!! I wrestled all through out high school. I have been called to serve a mission in Anaheim, CA speaking Spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised in the church all of my life, as both of my parents have been active members of the church for many years. Because of my long relationship with the church I have had the opportunity to have my testimony influenced by many friends, family members, and leaders in the church. My testimony has been influenced by pieces of their personal testimonies, experiences, and my own experiences which culminate together to form my own personal, unique testimony. I believe The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the only true church in these latter days. I also believe we have modern day prophets and apostles that are called of god to serve the church. I believe the Book of Mormon is true and that Joseph Smith translated it as a Prophet of god. My testimony is very important in my life because it helps guide my life and influences every decision I make.

How I live my faith

In my Young Single Adult ward I had the opportunity to serve as a "Ward Missionary", in this calling I had the opportunity to assist our local full time missionaries and serve the members of my ward. In my community I am able to serve by participating in local service projects which benefited individuals and groups in need. I also work at the community Athletic Center as a lifeguard at the local pool.
