Hi I'm Nate Skelton

I'm a drummer, I love guitar, I'm a missionary, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I love music. It is a passion of mine. I love listening to it and playing it. I was on the drum line in high school and I am in a band. I also love the guitar. I love the way it sounds. My favorite bands are Sum 41, Blink 182, Twenty-one Pilots, and Skillet. I am a missionary in Texas Houston Mission. I love the gospel and love to share it with people.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church and it wasn't until I was in High School that I really gained a testimony of Jesus Christ. I Read the Book of Mormon and wanted to know for myself if it was true or not. So I prayed and asked do because I know that he would tell me the truth and he would never lie to me and through the Holy Ghost I felt it just like it is described in Galatians 5. I felt Love, Joy, Peace, and Faith. I know that Gods kingdom is on the earth again and that we can know that God has again called a prophet through the Book of Mormon. I am a Mormon because I know that it is true.

How I live my faith

I love to show my faith on the inside and the outside. I Know for myself that faith is important and will always bring us closer to Jesus Christ. I love to help others build their faith and help them understand that they have faith. I am a missionary and enjoy helping people grow closer to their Savior, Jesus Christ.

What do Mormons believe about family?

Nate Skelton
We believe that families are central to Gods plan for us. We believe that families are meant to be together forever. Not just "until death do us part" but we believe that God has a much greater plan for families. He wants our families to be together in the next life as well as this life. We have families in this life to help us grow and to help us learn. We need families so that we can have someone to look to in hard times or when you need someone there for you. That is what families are for. Show more Show less
