Hi I'm Lucas

I grew up in Idaho. I'm a missionary serving in New Jersey. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a normal teenager who just graduated high school. I love to swim and enjoy anything to do with the water. I love critical thinking, poetry and anything artistic in nature. All-in-all I seek peace in all my hobbies and interests.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of my parents. I grew up with this religion. I don't say that I "grew up in this religion" because it is now that I am truly becoming committed to this Gospel. I have always known there was a God. He was always there for me when I needed Him. I know this Gospel is true because the Holy Ghost has made it known to me by a burning in my bosom and peace of my soul. That is why I am away from my family for two years. I love this church. I love the Lord. I love my testimony and I love you.

How I live my faith

I am currently called as a missionary. I am preaching the LDS/Mormon gospel in Spanish to the people of New Jersey. I have not held too many callings in the past other than helping plan out activities for the youth that were my age.

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Lucas
Missionaries are normal men and women, boys and girls who seek to bring peace and heavenly joy to everyone they meet. They seek to offer a greater happiness through the blessings and promises that the LDS Gospel is made of. They seek to bring people closer to the Savior, Jesus Christ, who atoned for all unhappiness and sorrows. Through Him we can be made not only clean but joyful and at peace. Missionaries love their Lord and hope to help all love their God or Gods, but preach the truth that is found in the Mormon religion. The truth I hope you will seek. I hope you find love in all you do and are loved by all that you do. I bare these things in the name of Jesus Christ amen. Show more Show less
