Hi I'm Catelyn

I'm a cowgirl, a writer, and a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised on a ranch, and wouldn't have it any other way! I love working with livestock and being outside. I was able to use this passion to be successful in FFA and college. I graduated in 2015 with a Bachelors Degree in Agribusiness. I also recite cowboy poetry. I'm a sports fanatic, with college basketball being my favorite sport to watch. The University of Arizona holds a special place in my heart. BEAR DOWN, WILDCATS!

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I'm not perfect. I am flawed, stained, and full of struggles. But I have so much hope for the future. Hope comes through the gospel of Jesus Christ. I get to progress and fail and try again every day because God loves me. The knowledge that Christ is my Savior gives me hope that I can succeed. I am so blessed to have the fullness of the gospel in my life. I smile everyday because I know God loves me.

How I live my faith

I love the opportunity that I have to attend church every Sunday. I get to teach the young women about the gospel. These sisters have great spirits and know so much. Their willingness to learn and participate makes me want to be better. I try to live my faith, so I can be an example to them. I now have the opportunity to serve a mission!
