Hi I'm Stephanie

I grew up in Bay Area, CA and I attend BYU Provo. Preparing to serve in the France Lyon Mission. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I'm never very good at these things, so bear with me haha. I love music (playing it, listening to it, singing it, etc.) and I love being outdoors (especially when it's the beach). My dream is to someday travel the world---I guess I'm starting that dream in France because I am currently here on a study abroad through BYU and I will be serving in the France Lyon Mission starting August 23. Speaking of BYU, I just completed my freshman year at BYU Provo and I absolutely loved it! I am the older of 2 children with a little brother who is 15 and I definitely lucked out with amazing parents.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I cannot imagine my life without the Gospel. It has brought so many blessings and amazing experiences into my life. I have had so many opportunities to have the Holy Ghost testify to me that this is the one and only true church. In times of joy being Mormon brings even greater joy and in times of difficulty and hardship being Mormon provides a beacon of hope. I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is true and that the Gospel principles are truth and I am Mormon because it is a Gospel of change for imperfect people (aka every single one of us).

How I live my faith

I was born into a family that has been Mormon since the Pioneers so I have been taught Gospel principles throughout my life. I cannot imagine my life without the Gospel and it has definitely become a big part of who I am. I have served as a leader in my Young Women's program and as a "mom" for my "family" while at University. I live my faith by letting my choices and my standards be the way others can see what I believe in.
