Hi I'm Nick

I was born in New York City, grew up in Utah. I am serving a mission in Texas. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student at BYU studying Chemical Engineering, but I am also interested in law. I love to ski and spend time outdoors. I love music, I play the piano, viola, and recently started playing the organ. I grew up as a Mormon, and I am serving in the Texas Houston South mission, speaking Spanish.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and I have grown up in the Church. I have always known that growing up in the Church would set my life on a good path, but for a long time I did not surely know that it was true. When I started in college I decided to do everything I could to learn more about the Church and the gospel of Jesus Christ, and I asked Heavenly Father to help me know that the Church is true. As I studied and prayed, my heart was opened to the Spirit, and I knew that the Book of Mormon is true, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the Lord's church, and is the path to salvation.

How I live my faith

In my home ward I have held leadership positions in our youth organizations, helping plan recreational, educational, and service activities for the youth. As part of my responsibilities in the ward I am a home teacher. This means that each month I visit certain individuals and families in the ward to share a gospel message and offer any help I can give. Now I am serving a two-year mission in Houston to share the truth of the gospel and help others come unto Christ.
