Hi I'm Alison

I'm a student at BYU. I love triathlons, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student at Brigham Young University studying Accounting. I love getting to know people and talking with them. I love competing in events like triathlons and running events. I used to swim competitively so I also enjoy swimming, and anything that keeps me active. I love music and have played in many different bands.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I believe that we can return to live with God again, and there is nothing I want more than to return to heaven and to dwell with Him and my friends and family. By following the commandments given by both modern-day and ancient prophets, I have found a unique happiness in my life that nothing else can provide. I've worked hard to develop my relationship with God and recognize His influence in my life. It is so comforting to know that Jesus Christ lived so long ago, that he died for each of our sins so that we may return to live in God's presence. The atonement of Jesus Christ is such a great blessing in my life, because it allows me to be forgiven for my mistakes. I love the gospel because it has helped me become who I am today. It brings me such great happiness, and I love to share that happiness with others.

How I live my faith

I'm currently the pianist for my ward choir, and it's awesome. It gives me an opportunity to share my beliefs with others through music. I love playing music to bring people together, it's such a great way to share things with others. I also visit teach girls in my ward and it's fun to visit with them and talk.
